Mangalore: The judgment of fourth additional district and sessions court has been again postponed to Dec.20 Friday by the judge who was to give his verdict on Thursday, after convicting the cyanide killer Mohan Kumar in the first 3 cases in which arguments and hearing were over by last week and only judgment remained for the punishment of the crimes in each case while holding Mohan Kumar as guilty.
The suspense in the postponed verdict in the first 3 cases out of 21 that binned Mohan Kumar, he such that even the fast track court is unable to proceed with balance 18 cases one by one to convict or acquit Mohan Kumar after hearing the argument in all of them.
