Udupi: The court has extended the judicial custody till November 2 for the accused of businessman Bhaskar Shetty murder case, on Monday.

Rajeshwari, Niranjan Bhat and Navneet Shetty’s judicial custody extended by the JMFC court and it has also moved the bail plea of Rajeshwari for the hearing on October 26.

The court has asked Rajeshwari’s lawyer Arun Bangera to present the original copy of High Court’s judgement in relation with CID custody issue of Rajeshwari, as he has produced only the print out of the judgement copy.

Other two accused of the case Shrinivas Bhat and Raghavendra are released as they succeeded in securing bail from the court.
