Mangalore: The state Government has appointed A.J.Shetty and other 9 new trustees for a period of 3 years each to the historic Kadri Manjunath Temple management committee as members, reconstituted on Monday.

The first meeting of his city committee was held on Monday (March 19) and A.J. Shetty, a builder of colleges, was unanimously elected as the President of the prestigious body that looks after its year long programmes.

B.K. Kusumadhar, functioning as the administrator so for, handed even the reigns to A.J. Shetty.
