Udupi: ‘Sadhbhavana Jyothi Ratha Yathra’ organised by Kanaka Sadhbhavana Jyothi Ratha athra Committee, Bengaluru arrived at Udupi Shree Krishna Math on Thursday.

Pejawar Shree offered special prayers to Kanaka idol at Car Street. Speaking on the occasion Shree said that Kanakadasa followers should take devotional ordination and should follow his concept. Kanakadasa’s concept is promoted everywhere.

“The devotional revolution which Kanakadasa initiated is not limited for a particular caste or community. It applies to each and everyone,” he said.

Further he said that the construction work of Kanaka Mandir has been commenced. Math will provide Rs 25 lakh for the construction. Chief Minister will be inaugurating the Kanaka Mandir next year.

Shree Vishwaprasannatheertha Swamiji, Shree Yogeshwarananda Swamiji, district BJP President Mattaru Rathnakar Hegde, Uday Kumar Shetty and others were present.
