Kannur : A new non-registered Polo car rammed into a parked BMW car near Kannur Masjid here on Wednesday June 27.

A 32-year-old man was killed and three others suffered injuried this accident.

The deceased has been identified as Mohammed Farooq (32), a resident of Kannur.

Due to heavy rain Farooq, Junaid and Sarfaraz were seated inside their BMW parked car. A new non-registered Polo car coming from BC Road smashed into the parked car and both the cars overturned nearby drain.

Mohammed Farooq was seated in the back seat of the car.

A parked auto rickshaw and a bike got damaged in the accident. Polo car driver Haneef and two others also got injured.

Mangaluru South police have registered a case.
