Mangalore : The muhurat of tulu film ‘Thelikedha Bolli’ was held near Vamanjoor on March 28, Tuesday.

Speaking at the press meet Actor, script writer, dialogues writer Devdas Kapikad said that he has taken the story for the film from his second tulu play by his troupe ‘Gante Yeth Aand’ which has not brought out in the form of Vcd.

He also said that they do not require the artificial setting for the film like used in the plays, since the houses present in the location near Vamanjoor for shooting is just suitable for the film.

The film which will run for 2.15 hours will complete its shooting in 35 days. Apart from Vamanjoor, the other location for the shooting is in Siddakatte. The film will comprise 4 songs sung by Devdas Kapikad, Guru Kiran and other two Kannada Singers, he said. The film story is a triangular love story, he added.

Director P H Vishwanath said that he has directed 15 kannada films and ‘Thelikedha Bolli’ is his first tulu film. He also said that he hope the film to work out very well since, since all the actors in spite of having experience in acting have been selected after conducting the audition.

Actor Arjun Kapikad and actress like Ashritha Shetty, Vaishali Shetty, also shared their opinions on the film.

Other actors like Navin D Padil, Bojaraj Vamanjoor, Aravind Bolar and others were present at the press meet.
