Kasargod :  Buses operating between Mangalore and Kasargod have been provided police protection.  This action comes in the backdrop of the several cases of stoning on the buses  in the recent times which has left nine buses damaged and many injured.

T he police protection is provided from Kasargod, Kumble and Manjeshwar by the police personnel of the respective stations. The protection is provided until Talapady border.

Four to five buses move together with a police escort vehicle in the front.
