Kasargod: A Kasadgod native, Haneef(32), working for the last 18 months in a hotel at Dubai owned by a Kannur Malayalee resident and living in a room with his hotel workers or companions, who had kept their passport and huge quantities of cash received as earnings, was dragged out of his room by one person and murdered outside by two others as well,  lost all passports and cash amount Rs. 10,00,000 on Saturday at the hotelier’s room when his colleagues were absent and he was alone in the room.

It is suspected that the robber who took Haneef outside to kill him with the help of 2 other gangsters was the prime criminal in looting the cash of Rs.10,00,000 and taking away all the several pass ports kept in the room by Haneef and colleagues.

The purpose of such brutal killing was in the looting of cash and passports but killing the poor man who was working in a Malayalee hotel in Dubai is surrounded by secrecy. The Dubai police are in search of the criminal gang of three who were not connected to the Hotel of a Kannur owner.
