Kasargod : The body of Sushma of Madikai in Kasargod who had allegedly ended her life by jumping from her apartment building at Kuwait was brought to Mangalore Airport on September 29, Sunday. It was later taken to Sushma’s hometown for last rites.

Sushma along with her husband Prakash Krishnan was living in Kuwait since 10 years. Though Prakash had initially told that she had committed suicide, he had in appeals made to Indian Ambassador in Kuwait and also police officials in Kasarogd that he had some suspicions.

In Kasargod, the body was taken to Periyaram Medical College Hospital for post mortem. The police here have registered a case of unnatural death. Even Sushma’s family is demanding an in-depth investigation.
