Mangalore : Sri Samyamindra Theertha Swamiji, Junior Swamiji of Kashi Mutt Samsthan who arrived in the city on January 30, Wednesday to take part in the Sahasra Kumbhabhisheka rituals at Carstreet Sri Venkatramana Temple was brought to the temple in a palanquin procession from near Swadeshi stores.

Several members of the GSB community were present including CL Shenoy,Managing Trustee of the Temple, Nityananda Nayak and others. The Sahasra Kumbhabhisheka will be held at the Temple from February 1 to 3. Various rituals will be held to mark the occasion and  the rituals will be held in the presence of Sri Sudhindra Theertha Swamiji, senior swamiji of the Kashi Mut Samsthan and the junior swamiji.
