Manipal : Kerala Women’s Commission Chairperson KC Rosakutty, along with Dr Tulasi and advocate Rubina Rashid visited Manipal to meet the gang rape victim who is from Kerala.

However, speaking to reporters later the Commission chief said she could not meet the victim or her families due to their unwillingness.

She said she spoke to doctors who said  the victim would be discharged in three days. She also stated that the victim’s father has assured to call them in the evening.

She said she would submit a report on the findings to Kerala CM who would act accordingly. She also said she would not like to comment until she met the victim and the IGP.

The  Women’s Commission Chief and her team later left for Mangalore to meet IGP Pratap Reddy.
