Ullal: A 28 year old auto driver arrested for transporting Ganja in Konaje on Wednesday.

The Konaje police seized ganja and an auto rickshaw when he tried to transport the material in Konaje.

The arrested Ansar is a resident of Benmarenjadi and a search by Konaje police is on to nab Uppala based another youth Muneer who supplied ganja to Ansar for transportation.

The auto driver was arrested at meeting point here by Konaje Inspector Ashok, SI Sukumar and others when they were on their patrolling duty in the area. The police chased the auto on a suspicion and arrested the accused.
