Kaup : Kota Srinivas Poojari, Udupi District Minister has exuded confidence that the  BJP candidate Lalaji Mendon would emerge victorious from the constituency.

He was addressing the party workers after campaigning for Lalaji at various places  of the constituency. The minister claimed that  there was a pro-BJP wave in the constituency and victory was sure for Lalaji. He said the several developmental programmes conducted by the BJP government would yield good results in the elections for the party.

He alleged that the Congress which was disturbed due to the pro-BJP wave, was trying  to mislead voters through contradictory statements.

The minister campaigned  for  Lalaji in Hejamady, Nadikudru, Majoor, Padu and Polipu villages.
