Udupi : Vijaya Ratha, an election campaign vehicle  of the BJP which has decided to go hi-tech in its campaigning, was  flagged off by Kota Srinivas Poojari, Udupi District in-charge minister outside the BJP office at Shiribeedu.

Speaking on the occasion, he said the Yatra aimed at sensitizing the people on the achievements of the BJP government will travel the length and breadth of Udupi constituency. He said  Rs 486 crore has been sanctioned for developmental works in Udupi in the past five years.

Several BJP leaders including Kiran Kumar, Dinaker Shetty Herga, Yashpal Suvarna, Naveen Bhandari were present.
