Mangalore: In an early morning, long before sunrise, at 5-45AM, when the driver of a Puttur bound KSRTC Bus went on wrong path rashly at Bunts’ Hostel in Karangalpady, without noticing an oncoming truck, he rammed his speeding vehicle against the municipal waste-carrier, causing heavy damage to both vehicles, according to bus passengers and passers-by. This happened on Thursday at dawn.

The waste truck was coming from Kadri, towards PVS circle on MG.Road. The bus driver was held responsible for the unnecessary accident in his rash driving on wrong side.

Police have rushed to the spot.
