Bangalore: H.D. Kumaraswamy may have escaped court censure or sentence, in illegal mining and land denotification cases, by hook or crook, even got an anticipatory bail, or a regular bail even after making illicit commissions of Rs50 per lorry loaded with such illegal iron ore taken to various ports in Andhra Tamilnadu and Karnataka, for export markets.
He may have escaped legal notices too for one reason or other, when his own Dy CM(2006-07) and later BJP CM Yeddyurappa(2008-11) was hauled before Lokayukta special court, and sent to Central Jail for at least 3 weeks, but the same clever MP, against whom there are other charges also to remove him from Loksabha, as Ramanagaram MP, but he cannot deny at any rate that he is the father of a child Shammika, from his 2nd wife, an actress and attractive Mangalorean woman, Radhika.
H.D. Kumaraswamy must be knowing that he cannot have two wives , much less a wife in every big city as ex-CM or as JDs state unit chief.
The Karnataka High Court has told him this week that he can have only one wife, Anitha who is an MLA too.
Questioning HDK’s marital status, and his illegal marriage to Radhika, a complaint has been filed by one shashidhar in state high court this week, and an enquiry was taken up by the HC which informed him that his second marriage was not within legal limits.
The court has asked for further documentary evidence in the case, on Friday, January 20.
This is where Kumaraswamy cannot go before kukke or Dharmasthala temple, and tell lies.
The enquiry will continue after 2 weeks, i.e, in February, to decide whether Kumara is not in the wrong.
The Public Interest Litigation will expose both HDK and his paramour, Radhika soon.
The proof is available in the form of a baby girl, if either of them deny any amourous relationship in 2006-07.
It may be interesting to note that Radhika was in Bangalore some months ago, looking for cinema roles and spilled the beans before cine news writers. She was asked to return home by Kumaraswamy, because her continuing to act in films after a marriage to a CM in 2006, would have ruined his political future in 2011.
However, that the second marriage is out lawed, itself holds against Kumaraswamy, and his party, by the High Court decree as a first blow to his reputation.
Much earlier, when Congress ruled the state, R. Gund Rao had married Manju Bhargavi(an actress from Vishakhapatnam, who shot into fame in Shankara bharanam, a Telugu film) in Bangalore, when he was already married, and having 2 sons, one of whom(Dinesh) is and MLA. Gundu Rao died in London on an operation table.
Kumaraswamy certainly faces ignominy and political notoriety in his shortcomings, in the new court case facing him, in Feb.2012.
