Kasargod: A daily wage labourer got lucky as he hit a jackpot of Rs 65 lacs in a recent draw of the Kerala state Pournami lottery.

Ashok, a resident of Kumble, had started working as a daily wage labourer having incurred financial losses in his business to meet the needs of his family of three.

Having won the amount, he now plans to build a house in the near future. Ashok had purchased the ticket during his visit to Kasargod few days ago.
