Mangalore :  Landslide occurred in Kunjathbail have damaged a newly constructed house belonging to the labourers on Tuesday June 11, morning.

The house belonged to Narayan Salian was constructed beside the small hill near Vidya Jyothi School at Jyothinagar, Kunjathbail.

Since the house construction was in the final stage, the family of Narayan had settled there. As they heard the loud sound of wall collapse of their neighbour and damging their house further due to landslide, Narayan’s wife and son ran out of the house.

Local Kunjathbail corporator Mohammad visited   the spot and said that he have intimated the complaint with MLA Moidin Bava and Urban Development Minister Vinaykumar Sorake and they have also promised to give financial support to the family.
