Leopard cub rescued from well by forest staff at Niddodi

chithaMangalore :  Forest officials were successful in rescuing a leopard cub that had accidentally fallen into a well at Kullakumeru in Niddodi village on September 21, Saturday.

As soon as the cub was noticed inside the well, the forest officials were informed and Range Forest Officer Dinesh and his staff arrived.

Already, the villagers were complaining since some time about a leopard menace that was eating their pets. The several traps laid for the leopard were in vain.
