Mangaluru: Lion Prashant Bhat Kadaba has handed over a check for Rs 10,000 from his personal contribution to a Adyar resident Sugandhi, who is suffering from cancer.

Retired soldier Lion Raghavendra Bhat handed over the check to Sugandhi’s son Ajit Poojary during the 74th Independence Day celebrations at the Lions Club 317D Mallikkatte, Mangalore.

Satish Rai, Vice President of Lions Club, Shekhar Poojary, Former President. Treasurer Sudhakar Shetty and former Leo. Chairperson Anita V. D’Souza were present.
