Udupi: Three brokers were arrested during a raid by Lokayukta sleuths of Mangalore and Udupi on the Udupi RTO office on Monday. The raid followed complaints from the members of the general public on the increasing menace of brokers in the RTO office.

The raid continued till late in the night and several vital documents and cash of Rs 1.5 lakh were seized. Surprisingly none of the RTO officials were arrested.
