Puttur: An LPG bullet tanker belonging to Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) toppled near Nelyadi on Tuesday morning; no leak has been reported.

The Quick Response Team rushed to the spot and took charge of the situation. Police, fire personnel and ambulances also reached the spot.

Power supply throughout the area was cut off to avoid any untoward incident. People have been advised not to go near the accident spot and also not to use mobile phones at the spot.
