Belthangady : Maneka Gandhi, the chairperson of People for Animals, gave a visit to Ujire-based Rural Development and Self Employment (RUDSET) Institute on Nov 23 Wednesday.

She visited Dharmasthala as a part of her schedule to attend an all-religion convention.

She also participated in the valedictory ceremony of the RUDSET computer hardware and networking course.

Speaking on the address, she said that people must attend RUDSET training courses and programmes because they highlight on rural development.

Dr. D. Veerendra Heggade, the dharmadhikari of Dharmasthala, accompanied her.
