Mangalore: Bhaskar Shetty of Angadibettu, traveling in a train to Mumbai on October 30, lost his movables(a watch, a mobile phone and 72 grams of gold ornaments etc) to a gang of thieves.

When the train approached Goa, a gang of 4 pretending to be a family with 2 men, got into his bogie and became friendly with him.

He was returning after a Diwali trip in Mangalore, to Mumbai. The men offered him a chocolate, and he lost consciousness, when they robbed him and got out as a family soon after.

Fellow –passengers admitted Shetty to a hospital in Mumbai as he appeared to be sick after coming to senses, Bhaskar phoned up K. Santosh Shetty his friend in Mumbai.

Santosh had been robbed on May29, but he had a photograph of the thieves, which he showed to Bhaskar, who had cheated him on October 30.

Bhaskar has since complained to a police station to hunt out the going of 2 men and a women with a child.
