Mangalore : The kannada film ‘Pari’ is being directed by the new team of people under the banner ‘BDT Abhiyantharara Chitra’ which is scheduled to be released by first week of November, said Music director Veer Samarth.
He was speaking at the press meet held at press club on September 8, Thursday. He also said that around 8 singers have sung for the film and the live music was given.
Speaking on the occasion, Trivikrama Belthangadi who presents the film said that Director Sudhir Attavar has aptly adapted a novel into a crisp and catchy screenplay with a unique subject treated with the fragrance of a love story.
He also said that the audience will sure be spell bound at the narration and depiction of this love story which is weaved around a ‘Liquor Mafia’ subplot. The film is about a Lambani tribal taanda.
The specialty of the film is MS Sathyu who works on art, Nimay Ghosh on stills and pop singer Usha Utthup are the part of the film. The singers like Udit Narayan, Shaan, Priya Himesh, Gayatri Ganjawala, Sadhana Sargam, Manikya Vinayagam, Mysore Janni an Samanvitha have given theie voice for Sudeer Attavar’s lyrics.
The audio release of the film will be held at ‘The Bell’ hotel near Majestic, Bangalore on September 17 at 6pm, he said.
Film Co-ordinators like Chandru Sindhogi AND Arun Tumati and Mohan of Anand Audio were present at the press meet.
