Mangaluru : MCC Commissioner post which has been seen lying vacant for quiet a long time before and after the transfer of Hephsiba Rani Korlapati IAS, Dr H N Gopalkrishna, a KAS officer, has been appointed the commissioner. He was serving in Hassan as ADC .
