Mangaluru : The Mangaluru City Corporation (MCC) has decided to take the online booking for Town Hall, and rent will be revised for cultural programmes after council meeting, said MCC mayor Kavita Sanil.

Speaking the press meet on Saturday at Mayor’s office , she said that  cultural, social and other relevant programme  will get equal opportunity. In case of cancellation of the allotted slots due government programmemes, the cancelled parties can get an advanced update through the APP based system, ” she said.

She also said, that  artiste demands including the reintroduction of the advanced booking period of six months against the current two month window.

Artist appealed that the art programmes rent should refixe for 10,000 and non tickets programmes to be less than ten thousand rent, they said.
