Manipal : There was shock and dismay on the faces of the parents of the students of Madhavakripa school who protested outside the school premises on September 23, Monday condemning the alleged sexual assault on a nursery student of the school by three school  bus employees.

The parents were seeking an explanation and were agitated with none of the school management willing to come forward to give an explanation over the issue.

 In fact the protestors were not allowed into the school premises and finally Udupi MLA Pramod Madhwaraj who rushed  to the spot assured action. He also assured that action would be taken against the school after the investigation.
