Margaret Alva takes ill in Kochi

Kochi: The Uttarakhand Governor and former minister Margaret Alva was admitted to a hospital in Kochi during her attendance at a conference yesterday (Nov11) afternoon, due to low blood pressure.
She was in ICU late in the evening, but is now doing well. Her blood pressure was normal on Saturday, doctors at a Trust hospital said.
Ms. Alva is 69. She had giddiness. She came to kochi to inaugurate a conference of Catholic Women of India.
