Mangaluru: “Maruthi Manpade is a great person, who lived a life for the sake of social work,” said district in-charge Minister Ramanath Rai.
He was addressing the gathering after felicitating Maruthi Manpade, President of Karnataka state GP workers association. The programme was organised by association district unit.
“Protesting against the system has become necessary to bring the social change, but the exploitation has been reduced drastically with the change in the society,” he said.
