Mangaluru: Mangaluru City Corporation celebrated 70th Independence Day on Moday, at MCC office premises.

The flag was hoisted by the Mayor Harinath. Later he delivered a Independence Day message to the gathering.

Deputy-Mayor Sumitra Kariya, MCC Commissioner Muhammad Nazeer, former mayor Shashidhar Hegde and others were present.
