Mangalore : The Mangalore City Corporation with the team led by Basavaraju, Health officer vacated the petty vegetable selling outlets located near Central Market area on August 7, Saturday.

Addressing the media, health officer said that, the MCC has taken action based on the complaints given by the vegetable vendors in the market and for contaminating the surroundings areas.

The people opined that the vegetable vendors sell vegetables and just leave the waste to rot and the people residing around are suffering from it.

The vendors cursed the officer and his team for loading their vegetable in lorry, while vacating the outlets.
