Mangaluru: A medical student lost his life in a road mishap near Tannirbavi Guest House which occurred on Thursday late night.

Bhargay of Telangana is the deceased person. He was studying his PG studies in a private medical college in the city.

It is alleged that Bhargay was drunk during driving the car. According to the police there were 5 people in the car. Driver lost control over the vehicle and the car hit a tree and overturned.

The police haven’t confirmed who was driving the car. Rest of the four was sustained with injuries and they have admitted to hospital.

Surathkal police have lodged a case.
