Mangalore : As part of decennial year celebration Mega Media will hold ‘Cultural Fest 2013’ at Town Hall on Jan 18, Friday at 4.30 pm.
Addressing the press meet held at Press Club on Jan 10, Thursday, Mega Media News, Chief Editor Shivaprasad said that the Mega Media have been established in the year 2002 and completed 10 years on December 2012. Mega Media which has been involved in news, publicity and advertisement division through its web portal have completed a decade.
Speaking on the programme, he said that the sandalwood comedian star Tennis Krishna will present the comedy sequence and sing. Mime Ramdas team will present ‘Padathala’ music programme from 4.40 pm to 5.45 pm.
Speaking about the stage function, he said that Ganesh Rao, President, Karavali Educational Institutions will inaugurate the event. Karnataka Sahitya Parishat former president Harikrishna Punaroor will preside over the event. Mahabaleshwar Bhat, general manager, Karnataka Bank will release the Special Edition of Mega Media News..
MLA Krishna J Palemar, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, MLC Monnappa Bhandary, Sridevi Educational Institution president A Sadananda Shetty, HMS state president Sureshchandra Shetty, MCC former Commissioner J R Lobo, JDS state president Nagaraj Shetty, Kannada Sahitya Parishat president Pradeep Kumar Kalkura, Karnataka Tulu Sahitya Academy president Umanath Kotian, MRPL deputy general manager Lakshmi Kumaran, Dr Hamsraj Alva, MCC Commissioner Harish Kumar, SP Abhishek Goyal, DKWJU president P B Harish Rai and Tulu budding actor Arjun Kapikad will participate as the chief guests at the stage function to be held at 6 pm.
Mega Media Journalism Award will be conferred on Vijaya Karnataka Reporter Steevan Rego.
