Mangalore : The members of Dakshina Kannada Popular Front of India staged protest meet in front DC Office on Jan 9, Monday demanding to take legal action against the arrested Sri Ram Sene members who hoisted Pakistani flag in Sindhagi.
Speaking on the occasion, Riyaz, state committee member of PFI said that Sangh parivar is doing all kinds of problems to evoke communal violence in the state. Even after writing to the Chief Minister on this issue, no action has been taken against them.
The brain behind the incident to hoist Pakistani flag on the flag post at the mini Vidhana Soudha premises – which house the offices of the tahsildar and government departments flag was of RSS but they accused the Sri Ram Sene members and while investigating the arrested agreed that they were asked by the RSS to do so, he said.
He also said that SRS leader Muthalik is also a terrorist and also include Uma Bharati and Praveen Kumar Thogadiya. The Babri Masjid which was known for communal harmony was also demolished to create violence. Further we will protect the people from these goons and will never allow making their plan a success.
B Rajashekar, Thinker of Udupi said that if the incident of Sidhagi would take place in Mangalore or Udupi, police department would not arrest the culprits since they are dependent on the RSS members.
The police of Bijapur are the role model to the police officials of Mangalore and Udupi. If a Muslim would hoist a flag, then it would blow up by now. The police take taken right action such miscreants and their efficiencu must be appreciated, he said.
He said that there is no difference between any Hindu Outfits, since all bear the same agenda. The government must have passed the order to arrest such miscreants but it did not do so, he added.
Shareef, state president of PFI welcomed the gathering. Razak Kemmara, state committee member of PFI presided over the protest meet.
