Mangalore : Twnety seven year old Sanjeev from Sundarpur in Morang district of Nepal is a happy man and will soon be reunited with his family after a gap of nine. It is all because of Snehalaya, a home for the destitutes at Talapady which spotted a shattered and battered Sanjeev on the roads of Talapady a year ago.
He was taken to Snehalaya given treatment in a hospital and a fresh beginning. Sanjeev who wouldn’t speak initially, now speaks and revealed his native place and the Snehalaya authorities contacted his family.
Accordingly, his brother arrived and Sanjeev was taken home to Nepal.
It is learnt Sanjeev who was in Delhi to study hotel management in 2004 had gone missing and had come to Mangalore a year ago.
