Mangalore : B. Ramanatha Rai, DK District in-charge Minister and State Minister for Forest and Ecology inaugurated the a two-day Second State Level Convention ‘CREDAI Realty Expo-2013’ held at the TMA Pai Convention Hall on September 28, Saturday.
Speaking after inaugurating the event, he said after Bangalore, Mangalore is the second in development. People of Mangalore have excelled in various fields across the world and many youths are involved in construction and real estate business, he said.
He urged the builders to construct the buildings giving importance to the environment. They must also construct their building within the framework of the law.
Minister for Urban Development Vinay Kumar Sorake said that the development in the state is fast. The population in the city has drastically increased compared to the census from 2001 to 2011.
Pusparaj Jain, Chairman of the ‘CREDAI Realty Expo-2013’ welcomed the gathering and delivered the keynote address.
