Udupi: The Medical Education Minister(S A Ramadas) has dared to challenge the 4 Congress ministers(SM Krishna, M. Kharge, K.H. Muniappa, and M.V. Moily) who represent Delhi’s UPA Congress government, to tell people about their Contributions to the latest Railways Budget for 2012-13.

Speaking to Press in Kunjibettu BJP office here, he told them that no new trains were given to Karnataka, by Congress-UPA rulers.

The railways department had shown a ‘step-motherly’ bias against the southern state, while raising passenger fares in 8 years. Those UPA leaders in Congress should not seek votes in Udupi by-poll, he Charged.

He wanted a ‘White Paper’(statement) on budgetary allocations made for Karnataka, by UPA ministers in the last 2 decades, on railway projects in state.
