Kasargod: Minister for food and civil supplies U T Khader proved that he is not only a good politician but a good cricketer also. He bagged man of the match award for his play in a cricket tournament held at Thalangere, Kasargod on Thursday.

Khader was on a private visit to Kasargod and then he went to watch a cricket tournament run by his close aid. When he was forced to play cricket, he padded up and went to crease with blue jersey on him.

In a match of two over’s Khader succeeded to score 13 runs with a massive six. His team won the match and rightly he bagged the man if the match award for his contribution.
