Mangalore : Vijayendra Bhat owner of Sudhindra Mills and Tom & Chilly restaurant Mannagudda, escaped in a shoot out  at the Ballalbagh road here on August 2 Friday evening.

Arround 6 pm two unidentified men came on a  black Pulsar bike and attacked Vijayendra Bhat near ballalbagh. He was driving in his black Scorpio (KA 14 N 11).

After the shooting, attackers hit another bike, in a hurry to escape,

Vijayendra Bhat received a call demanding hafta, but he rejected his Intimidation.

DCP Dharmaiah and other police officials arrived at the spot, Barke police have registered a case.
