Mangaluru : A woman who was reported missing from her house at Kollabettu in Badagulipadi village of Mangaluru taluk has been found dead in a well on July 28, Tuesday evening.

The deceased is Ashalatha (36). The woman who had retired to bed as usual after dinner on the night of July 26 was found missing the next morning. After a frantic search by family members, the husband of the woman had lodged a missing complaint at Bajpe police station.

Her body was found in a well near her house at Kollabettu. Investigations are in progress.
