Mangaluru : North MLA Dr Y Bharat Shetty has donated his plasma to a patient as part of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 70th birthday.

Amidst the Covid crisis, the BJP is celebrating a nationwide ‘Seva Saptah’ from September 14 to 20 as part of Prime Minister Modi’s birthday.

Those infected with Covid infection give their plasma, and those who are infected quickly recover. In this regard, MLA Bharat Shetty donated plasma at KS Hegde Hospital, Derakatte, Mangalore.

Dr Bharat Shetty underwent the procedure on Wednesday before donating plasma. A person had to be examined by a doctor before donating plasma. After doctors guideline, there was no trouble in donating plasma, Bharat Shetty donated Plasma to another COVID infected patient.
