Mangalore : Mangalore South MLA J R Lobo laid a foundation stone for the concretization work of Preeti Nagar Road located near Mahammayi Temple, Shaktinagar on September 27, Saturday.

Speaking on the occasion, MLA said that most of the interior roads in the city are in a pathetic condition creating severe problems for the passerby. Hence all the interior roads coming under the Mangalore City Corporation limits must be developed.

He also said that the road will be concretized under the special development fund granted by state government and will be completed very soon.

Mayor Mahabala Marla, Corporator Akhila Alva, T K Sudheer, Purandaradas Kuloor, Kallige Taranath Shetty, Arun Coelho, Vanith Kumar, Mohan Mendon, Baptist D’Souza and others were present.
