Mangaluru : North MLA Mohiuddin Bava, speaking at a press meet on Thursday said that he would move to the Supreme Court against the toll plaza operating at NITK Suratkal.

Speaking at the meet, he opined that the plaza had to be shifted. He said that a toll plaza right in front of one of the premier Engineering colleges in the country was unnecessary.

He added that even though there was opposition from locals, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) was forced to set up this plaza. He concluded by saying that he would seek justice on behalf of the public.
