Mangalore : Honourable Union Minister for Corporate Affairs M Veerappa Moily assured the land acquisition victims to give  four times more than the compensation earlier for their land acquired for industrial projects.

Speaking at the interaction programmes, he urther said that, many cases of communal violence have political nature and the central government is trying its best to use its power to prevent acts of communal violence in future, owing to which it has drafted the Communal Violence Bill.

Regarding the arrest of Janardhan Reddy, he said that Supreme Court had ordered his arrest considering his involvement in illegal mining activities.

The allegations made by the BJP members like CBI is a Congress tool is rubbish, since  Congress leaders Kannimozi, Raja, and Kalmadi are also in jail due to their corrupt activities.
