Manjeshwar : Saaketha guest house and the construction of Bhavanika building under Gilivindu Project were launched at a function held at the premises of the residence of the renowned poet Manjeshwar Govind Pai, here on June 23, Sunday. Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas M Veerappa Moily launched the projects.
Speaking on the occasion, he said all efforts would be made to convert the residence of the Rashtrakavi Pai into a museum.
All efforts would be made to conserve the literary works of the late poet, Moily said added the residence would be converted into a museum on the lines of the residences of Kuvempu and Da Ra Bendre.
Moily who himself has authored several works said he devotes time for writing amid his busy schedule and added it helped him keep his mind fresh.
