Mangaluru: Bunder police have nabbed a man Bantwal who had connection with a theft case, on July 4.

Mohammad Bilal of Bantwal is the arrested person.

On June 16 miscreants have stolen Rs 19000 cash, four batteries, and check books from Subrahmanya Auto Engineering works at Monkey Stand.

Upon acting on trusted information, Inspector Shantaram Kundar and SI Ananth Murdeshwar arrested mohammed Bilal.

Police have seized all the four batteries, Rs 15000 cash and a bike which was used for theft.

Under IPC section 454, 457 and 380 case has been registered.

PSI Mohammad Shareef, Vishwanath, Shekhar Gatti and other officials took part in the operation.
