Mangaluru : Coastal Karnataka is likely to receive heavy rains on Tuesday June 1, the meteorological department has announced yellow alert, to sound heavy rain alerts in Coastal districts.

The meteorological department as predicated the indication of the monsoon entering the Kerala coast on  June 1.

Many parts of Dakshina Kannada district received good rain on Sunday May 30. Cloudy weather prevailed throughout the day.
