Mangalore:  The police have filed charge sheet against all the accused in the Morning Mist Home stay attack which took place in Mangalore on July 28.

The charge sheet was filed on September 20, Thursday in the court of the Junior Magistrate First Class (JMFC).
The charge sheet has been filed after a thorough investigation into the case by Assistant Police Commissioner TR Jagannath and his team for nearly one and a half months.

The police have until now arrested 24 persons including the alleged mastermind Subhash Padil in connection with the case and all of them are in judicial custody after the court denied bail to them. According to the police all the main accused in the case have been arrested and the charge sheet has been filed as per the High Court orders which had earlier directed the cops to do wo within 15 days.
