Mangalore : The opposition congress leader in upper house and a Dalit Women leader – Motamma, at press meet here on No 13 put on mat , the BJP government  for not maintain proper roads on coastal region, home for CM DVS Gowda who is Udupi MP too. A number of roads bconnecting taluk centres like Udupi and Kundapur were in disastrous condition and unmemorable. Dr. V.S. Acharya is the BJP minister incharge , chanting development mantra, but he could not maintain a basic infra-structure on surfaces, have alone other things.

Motamma pointed out, the local DC admits to having received 6 crores in 2010-11 for flood relief and calamities, but did not spend the amount. No needy person has been given house sites, when BJP leaders grabbed lands she charged for misuse of power.
